Company History BOURNE TECHNICAL SERVICES + BTS FLUID MEASUREMENT LTD. Bourne Technical Services was originally formed to offer design and engineering expertise to clients in the sensor and instrumentation field. The company began in 1979, and a number of projects were completed, which included the design of valves, flow meters, pressure and level transmitters. In 1993 activities where extended into manufacture, this proved to be very successful and we have subsequently been producing a range of Fluid Measurement devices for various marketing organisations. To ensure continued company growth and with the consent of our existing outlets we brought to the market place our own range of equipment. Designated the FM Range this equipment is available through our limited company: BTS. Fluid Measurement Ltd. The range consists of units for Flow, Pressure and Level including USB sensors.
