FLOW

FM10 TURBINE FLOW METERS

Are rugged, accurate, reliable instruments for the volumetric flow measurement of liquids and gases in closed pipe applications, sizes available are from 1/4in to 3in with end connections either threaded or flanged.

FM30 PADDLE WHEEL FLOW METERS

Are available in modular form consisting of flow sensors, pipeline bodies and electronic modules, a series of jets and reducers cater for liquid flow rates from 0.05 lpm to 2500 lpm in pipe sizes from 1/4in to 3in a choice of end connections and output signal is offered.

FM50 FLOW INSTUMENTS

Instruments are available for flow rate monitoring and totalising with a choice of either meter or remote mounting.

PRESSURE

FM61 PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS

Based on temperature compensated silicon - stainless steel pressure elements these units have excellent long term stability and practically no existent low temperature drift the standard range is 0 to 15psi through to 0 to 250 psi higher and lower ranges are available on request, a four wire mV output is standard.

FM62 PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS

Use the same basic pressure element as the FM61 above but includes electronic circuitry to give an output signal of 4 to 20 mA proportional to presure on a 24v DC two wire loop.

FM63 PRESSURE TRANSMITTERS

This model has the same output signal as the FM62 but in addition it has 15 to 1 turndown on full scale deflection, a four way switch and zero & span potentiometers are accessible for this purpose.

FM64 D.P. CELLS

This model is a true wet/wet differential pressure unit constructed of two independent measuring cambers with a combined strain gauge output, the output signal is 4 to 20 mA proportional to DP on a 24vdc two wire loop, units are available from 0 to 700mbar upto 0 to 17 bar.

FM100- B LEVEL TRANSDUCERS

A piezoresistive measuring cell forms the basis of these depth/level transducers they require a supply of 5 - 12 v dc and give out a mV signal they can be used independantly or combine with model no. FM600 Remote Transmitter

FM100 LEVEL TRANSMITTERS

This range includes transmitters with a diameter of 18, 25 or 30mm some models have 15 to 1 turndown on the basic sensor rating and these can be calibrated on site by means of a 4 way dil switch and zero and span potentiometers they are all 4 to 20 Ma output on a 24v 2 wire loop ranges are from 0 to 100 mmwg upto 350 mwg.

FM600 REMOTE TRANS MITTERS

These units are surface mounting and have 15 to 1 turndown they can be re-ranged on site by the client, they can be used independently but they are mainly for use with model FM100 - B Transducers.

FM603 POWER SUPPLY

This unit is also surface mounting, the supply required is either 240 or 110vac the output is 24vdc for loop power and can be used with any of the FM100 Depth/Level transmitters.

ROTARY MEASUREMENT

FM700 RESOLVERS

Standard international frame size 11 to give accuracy +/- 5 minutes. When used with a suitable low cost digital converter, the user can obtain 16bit binary output over 360 degrees.

FM710 POTENTIOMETERS

A range of wirewound and conductive plastic potentiometers with linearity up to 0.1%. The conductive plastic versions in servo mount sizes 11, 18, and 20 can be specified for any reasonable angle and resistance value.

LINEAR MEASUREMENT

FM800 DISPLACEMENT POTENTIOMETERS

A range of wirewound linear displacement potentiometers for use in high temperature applications. Stroke 50mm or 100mm and other lengths to customer specification.
